골트베르크 변주곡(Goldberg-Variationen) BWV 988은 요한 제바스티안 바흐가 작곡한 주제곡과 30개의 변주곡으로 이루어진 하프시코드 곡집이다. 1741년 처음 출판되었고, 바흐의 클라비어 연습곡(Clavier-Übung: 건반 연습)시리즈의 4번째이다. 이 작품은 변주곡이라는 장르의 중요한 작품으로 꼽힌다. 제목은 가장 처음 연주한 요한 고트립 골트베르크의 이름을 따서 붙였다.
